[Fourlanders] Tower Tips document

Here is a VERY useful reference document posted on the SEDXC reflector
courtesy of N4FN. 

You will certainly want to save off the file and archive it. Just take a
look at the index and you will see how rich with info this document is for
tower building (and disassembly), concrete work, wind loading calculations,
guying systems, tower accessories, lightning management, rotor types,
antenna raising, feed lines, etc.
