We have our equipment!  Ned, AA7A and Larry spent all day in Montego Bay fighting the bureaucrats and managed to pull it off.  We couldn't believe the story of the multiple government offices they had to visit and forms filled out to get the equipment released.  We should be on HF (17 and 30 meters) and 6 sometime tomorrow and 2M EME Monday at the latest.  Standby for further updates.  Feel free to share.
