It's someone elses turn to buy some electrical tape for the contest. The last 10 pack is gone. I suggest the 10 pack from HomeDepot of 3m Temflex (I think) that's between .50 and $1 / roll. At least it used to be. Maybe Lowes has a good deal too. We always need a number of rolls to get set up for a contest.
