JS8call info

JS8call is not yet another new protocol - it is the FT8call protocol 
re-named.

Joe Taylor (one of the creators of FT8) asked Jordan Sherer (the 
creatorr of the new chat mode based on FT8) to remove any reference of 
FT8 from his new 'FT8call' program.

Jordan asked folks for ideas for a new name for his derivative program 
in his io.group (and re-named the group also after choosing the new 
name), and settled on JS8call (Jordan Sherer call protocol based on FT8).

Jordan is working with the ADIF specification folks to get the new mode 
in the spec.

Just a talented programmer honoring the request of another inventer 
whose work his was derived from.

Been following JS8call since its inception, and it already as an amazing 
worldwide following.  It's pretty cool - give it a try if you have some 
time to do so.
