[Fourlanders] Sept contest location change

 greetings,
As some of you know we have been patiently waiting (with delays) on a new
water pump for the generator.

It seems as though the pump is not going to arrive in time for September so
a decision has been made to have the September contest at Bob's where we
will have Mains power available

This allows us to have
6 meters,
2 meters,
2 meters eme,
222,
possibly 222 eme,
432
432 eme
1296.

This might also allow others to attend who weren't going to be able to make
the mountain let me know if you'll be able to attend so that Jerry can make
food plans and Bob can make bed availability.
