[Fourlanders] 2019 calendar: Hamfests and W4NH Contests

One item I forgot was the Gwinnett Club TechFest which will be January 
26 (see techfest.info for all the details)

And I've been reminded that we do not have a reservation for MileHigh 
for June.  we will discuss this during the January contest meeting.
