[Fourlanders] Club Center for ARRL Team Submissions?

Our current center is EM74wd and can be changed at any time I submit a new
list.

I submit a list of call sign and their grids and the club submission page
has a verification tool.
For rivers, I take a bit of liberty, but try to ensure alm potential roving
grids are in the circle.
