[Fourlanders] Issue in 64 bit wsjt-x 2.5.3 maybe fixed

All,
a defect has been noted in some calls with / in the x64 version if 2.5.3
wsjt-x
(Reports are the 32 bit version did not sh ok w the defect)

This version has been released. Please try this prior to the January
contest.
