[Fourlanders] NCJ VHF-UHF Contesting Article

Interesting article in the current issue of NCJ.  A FourLander recently
made the statement that "Joe Taylor has changed VHF contesting forever."
For better or worse this article confirms it.  Notice the rapid shift in
contest mode between 2017 and 2020 in the September VHF contest on 6m at
the bottom of the article.  Not commenting on the merits of the shift.
Just noting it is what it is.  Further up the page note that the Fort
Wayne Radio Club is proposing a "Legacy Sprint" where CW and SSB are the
only modes allowed.  Don't know how much demand there would be for that in
the SE.
