[Fourlanders] Military masts info

I seem to remember that someone in the group had found a military manual 
for the crank up masts that many of us have.  I may be wrong too but if 
someone does, would they mind forwarding a copy to me if it's an online 
digital thing?  And if you've already done that for me before the rest 
assured that I don't remember and surely can't find it in my computer
