[Fourlanders] some amateur radio operators have questionable integrity and intelligence

Saw this decode during my chase of Crozet Island.
The first screen capture shows a pirate (and seems he doesn't like FT8):



But even worse are the operators who actually call him due to their 
ignorance:



I chuckled at the decode in the first image, and cringed when I saw what 
decoded in the 2nd image.
