[Fourlanders] January Contest Cancelled

Well, in light of the fact that this contest has been incredibly slow the past number of years, conditions usually suck, and the prize money has not increased at all, it doesn't bother me at all to sit this one out.
I really think the main reason for us looking forward to this one in Jan has been the food and socializing on Sat and Sat night. But come Sunday.....it usually is a looooong, boring day. 

So....I believe Tech Fest is Sat Jan 11th this year.
 
Suggestion : for those of us that can do it without driving 150+ miles why don't we think about meeting at Tech Fest at the Fairgrounds, do a quick walk through, and then go somewhere for lunch, BS a bit about Dayton Hamvention plans,  and also talk a bit about Orlando Hamcation planning.  Orlando is coming up on Feb 7th-9th.
