[Fourlanders] 4 lander's VUCC

Hello all,
Just a quick note to announce 4 lander 4 band VUCC.

EME has helped quite a lot on 222 & 432.

Brian has been diligent in uploading our contest logs to LOTW and tracking
grids in our VUCC account.

Much thanks for these efforts and we get some new wall decorations!
