[Fourlanders] W4NH new portable location

CQ fourlanders.

lots of things happening.

1. we will begin collecting dues again with $30 due for the current year.
1a. with some expenditures looming (trailer repairs, insurances, tags,
etc), we are also asking for a voluntary catch up dues donation. the amount
is at member discretion.

2. a new portable location has been found and we are planning a return to
portable contesting for the June 2026 VHF contest.

2a. logistics to be determined, but if you are a trailer puller, or wish to
be a trailer puller, please let me know so plans can be made. the drive is
to Monteagle north of Chattannooga, TN. It is a nice location with
restaurants nearby and a red roof hotel next door.

3. we hope to be joined by Lunatruck for portable EME and a generator.

4. the cost for the portable location should be lower than mile high for
the weekend, but this remains to be finalized. The location was scouted by
Kos and Jim and I joined them for the CQVHF digital weekend.
