Jim was such a great person and former President of Sawnee Amateur Radio Association

I received the following from Tom, W4TWK this morning.

"...it is with great sadness that I pass along the following information about the passing of Jim Farmer, K4BSE, from his daughter Susan, who has been keeping us updated on Jim's health situation and helping us arrange Zoom sessions with him during his illness. 

 

Gentlemen, it is with heavy heart that I must inform you that Dad has passed on.  He was surrounded by his 3 daughters and his wife.  

 

Please let the Ham community know.  I will let you know about arrangements when the have been finalized.

 

Thank you all for your kindness and friendship.  Most of all thank you for caring enough about my Dad to keep in contact even after his health took a turn.  You are all wonderful people.  Dad chose his friends well.
