Hi All
Francis, KV5W has created a tracking website that is pretty cool.
You probably all know Francis for his custodianship of the FFMA spreadsheets for quite awhile.
The website is gridzilla.us <http://gridzilla.us/>.
It will track your VHF+ grids for FFMA, VUCC, Satellite VUCC, WAS, and DXCC.
You can either feed it a ADIF file or point it at LOTW to populate your grid data.
For us rovers, it will track VUCC/r and provides most needed grid maps for all the bands well into microwave.
It features a rover planning tool to plan our contest or activation roves.
There vis a dashboard that will summarize your grid, WAS, and DXCC progress by band.
It has a calendar for activities, contests, conferences, activations, and other events.
There is also a beacon list which will accept user reports.
Hopefully this will lead to a more accurate list of beacons that we can depend on.
The reports will be reviewed occasionally and beacons that have been missing for a long time will be flagged as Inactive.
Check out the list and report on beacons you should be able to hear.
The more people that add their data, the better info us rovers will have on what grids are needed on all the bands.
Please create a free account and check it out.
I’m probably missing some features.
If anyone has questions or needs help, feel free to email me.
https://gridzilla.us/
Jeff
