This weekend, KJ4RSW (Lanier) will attempt his first SOTA activations.  He’ll be activating Flat Top Mountain and Grassy Mountain in the Cohutta Wilderness, in north Georgia.  He’ll need at least 4 contacts on each hill in order to qualify.

He’ll be online at about noon and again at about 5:30 Eastern time.  He’s planning to use 147.525-fm and 446.100-fm, and will also call on 146.52.

If you have a beam, please point it north; if you’re out and mobile in north Georgia, please have a listen.
