If any of you are planning to drive up to the VHF Super Conference in Sterling, VA this weekend, be advised about an area with extremely slow traffic due to road construction.

I just returned last night from a trip to Winston-Salem NC this past Friday. I-77 north of Charlotte for about 15 miles is now under construction and the traffic we encountered trying to drive north to I-40 was a nightmare.

When I head up to the conference later this week I will now be taking I-85 all the way to I-95 south of Richmond.
