In one of the MANY e-mail conversations taking place about this property on the Moon reflector it is mentioned to be a 32 meter dish and the facility is listed in some FCC record as AT&T Earth Station with FCC call sign KA413…… the station is licensed for C-Band 3.7 to 4.2 GHz.

 

Others seem to have dug up more info about the original work and activity of AT&T at this site and the COMSAT work originally done with the dish.
