I have one of these, bought many years ago and it looks exactly the same. They work really well and do exactly what it claims to.

I was on RadioShack.com tonight looking at stuff when I found this: https://www.radioshack.com/products/radioshack-ground-loop-isolator?utm_campaign=2018-07-25+Headphones+Sale+%28LVSyCC%29&utm_medium=email&_ke=eyJrbF9lbWFpbCI6ICJ3NGt4eUBiZWxsc291dGgubmV0IiwgImtsX2NvbXBhbnlfaWQiOiAiSktjZWVUIn0%3D&utm_source=E-16

Looks like it would be nice for connecting Rx and TX audio between sound cards and transceivers.  I remember when we used to get audio isolation transformers at Radio Shack and make something like this before all the rig computer interfaces like rig blaster started showing up.  I don’t remember ever seeing this in the stores.  If I had I am sure I would have bought one.  Check out the RadioShack.com website.  You can get your favorite Radio Shack cables, adapters, etc. until I guess they are all gone.
