be aware there is a bug in WSJT 2.2 when the program CREATES a new ADIF file.

The error is in the 1st line of the file, and is very easy to fix in notepad (or other basic text editor.. -  not wordpad... or office or word processor type program...)

the end of the header line will be <eh> if the bug has affected you.  It must be <eoh> (note the simple addition of lower case o to fix...)

add this 'o' if it is missing and save the file.

then the file is fixed, until WSJT creates a new file.

(once the file has the correct header, WSJT does NOT break it again. the issue is ONLY at file creation.)
