This year's event is barely five months away, with lot's of planning and preparation to go.
Everyone at Shelby is looking forward to seeing you this year.
The fairgrounds and independent operations are undergoing some improvements that will benefit hamfest operations.
Last year's golf carts were provided by Allison Golf Cars. Allison will provide carts for this year as last, but will include direct rental provisions at the fairgrounds in addition to online reservations.
As the building housing the hamfest office no longer exists, the SARC hamfest office on the fairgrounds will be in the NW corner of Goforth Hall.
RV sites are also receiving upgrades and renovations, with plenty of options for all.
