I heard a rumor that Steppir is focusing on commercial HF, possible for things like stock trading with less latency.

They use ALE frequency-agile links so it would make sense that they need a frequency-agile antenna too.

But it makes no sense that they would want to use our HF bands, what with vast swaths of the 3-30MHz spectrum being silent most of the time.

With the obvious absence of multiple Amateur Radio pillars at 2025 Hamvention, this is a bit concerning.
