Please consider going to have a short planning/Information meeting Saturday afternoon before the vhf conference banquet 

More details to follow (exact time and meet place), but agenda will include station setup, trailer pullers, logistics, any trailer service required prior to the trip and operator attendance.

I figure we can get a table somewhere around the lobby to sit and go over the contest effort.

General questions can be handled outside the actual meeting to remain time efficient.


Right now, it's a small contingent, with 4 stations committed.
