[FRC] Need some advice

I'm hoping someone has some thoughts on two equipment issues I need to fix.
First, my L4B needs a pair of tubes.  Any recommendations on where I should
get them (and what brand).

Second, I have a Hy-gain V-2R 2m vertical that I use for packet.  Some of
the elements are broken and I need to replace them.  Anyone know where I can
get 7/16" O.D. tubing?
