[FRC] HI7/KB3TS

I just spoke with Laing KB3TS he asked me to post on the FRC reflector his
info on his upcoming dxpedition to HI.
Laing will be on for a week starting this Thursday evening.
He will be very active this weekend during the 10m contest both modes.

Laing will be operating qrp from his 3rd floor balcony with a small beam.

If you hear him on call him out on packet.
