[FRC] Newsletter deadlines

At long last, the June/July issue should be out in a few days.  Those who've
submitted material may not see it in this issue.  Rest assured that your
submission will appear in either the August or September newsletters.  If
you submit something for the newsletter, I'll put it in, though sometimes
not by the next issue.

Having said that, here are some upcoming newsletter deadlines:

For the August issue:  July 29
For the September issue:  August 22

Thanks for your support!  I can always use more "stuff" for the newsletter.
