[FRC] No June newsletter

Well, it'll be a June/July newsletter.  Sorry folks, but Norm K3NZ, Tony
N2SS and I have each run into serious time roadblocks and we can't get a
"regular" newsletter to you as you'd expect.  But......

I'm going to put some things that would have gone into the newsletter on
this reflector.  Things like the list of FRC contributors.  Any address
changes.  Any summer meeting info.  I should have a little time this weekend
to get that out.  

Thanks for bearing with us until things get back to something resembling normal.
