[FRC] NO TUESDAY MEETINGS in the summer

In spite of computer generated reminders there is NO regular meeting at the
college in
Phila for JUNE, JULY or AUGUST.
The next newsletter will announce the summer schedule.
The FRC Open as previously noted, and Meeting B as usual should be happening
in June.

Alex is in Germany at the big hamfest.
