[FRC] Everybody calm down

OK, here are the sources for the meeting date:

1.  FRC President has July 28 in his recent column
2.  YCCC has July 28 on their web site
3.  PVRC has a July 28 announcement on their packet cluster network.

All three clubs are saying Saturday, July 28.  I'm not sure how much 
clearer this can be.
