[FRC] DX PacketCluster Frequencies

Thanks to the responses I received regarding operating the
contests.  I will be contacting the leads later this week.

Now another few questions.  What would be the frequency or
frequencies for the local DX PacketCluster(s) having good
coverage of the Montgomeryville, Pa area.  Info for
conventional repeaters would be appreciated too.  Also, I
would like to get involved with PSK31.  Where might I find
information on what's needed hardware- and software-wise,
frequencies these ops hang out, etc.  Is there anything on
the Web?  I no longer have a collection of QST, CQ, or the
other ham magazines.
