Could your Thomas Hooper have been born in 1747 in Lunenburg Co., VA and
instead of marring Selina Hatcher been married to Jessie Wright.

This would make there William Hooper b abt 1782 in VA a SENIOR and your
Grandfather William H Hooper a JUNIOR.
