Hi, Richard.  Where did you get this information from?  I am a direct 
descendent of Thomas Hooper that is buried in Fishville, Rapides Parish, LA.  
To my knowledge there is no proof that the Thomas Hooper that married Jane 
Lovell is the same Thomas Hooper that is buried in Fishville nor that he had 
children born in TN.  It is known (proven) that he married Henrietta Wells 
Fulton in LA and that he had 2 children by her:  Lavisa Hooper b. abt. 1821 
and Churchwell Alexander Hooper b. 1822.  There are so many Thomas Hoopers 
that it's easy to get them crossed.  I just don't want anyone to get the 
information wrong.
