The listing Hooper, Cooper, Hoops, Hope, Hupper, Cowper, Hoop Maker,
Hooprell should all be considered.

The setting of parameters is just another way to search for material by
trying to place yourself in the person's shoes.  I use the age of 21 for
men and 16 or 17 for women.  Remember as we get in the 1700's and later
we have to take the women's age down to 13 and men to 18.

Question was Peggy another name for Margaret???
