[HOOPER] Hoopers in Madisonville, TX

The Hoopers of Madisonville, Texas are descendants of Augustus N. Hooper,
(1810-1870) who moved from Avoyelles Parish, LA in 1858 and settled in
Trinity Co. TX.  Augustus relocated his whole family consisting of his wife
Dolly, six children and one daughter who was married to my gg grandfather,
David Morgan.  Dolly gave birth to two more daughters after coming to TX.

Most of these children married and had large families as folks did back then
and spread out over the counties of that part of Texas.  My ggg grandfather,
John Augustus Morgan, son of Mary Eliza Hooper and David Morgan, is buried
at Ten Mile cemetery outside Madisonville, TX.
