[Hooper] Hooper DNA

Hello Hoopers

The Hooper DNA project is getting off the ground.  The first test kits have 
been ordered and are on their way.  The lines represented by the test takers 
thus far are Absalom Hooper of GA/NC and James Hooper/Jemima Bankson.  We 
hope to add more participants to these lines and add more lines as we go 
along.
I hope you'll all give the idea of joining the project some consideration.
