[Hooper] Hooper Family in Missouri

I have the following information from the "Hooper Genealogy; A southern
Branch Vol. II" by Flora Hooper Collier

Page 70-71

William Hooper (Obediah, Thomas, Obediah) B. prob. 1810-12.  Marriage
records for Macon Co. IL. shows that he married Catherine Coppenbarger,
sister Sarah, they were daughters of Jacob and Catherine Coppenbarger.
Catherine was 20 yrs. Old.  Macon Co. IL became DeWitt County in 1839)
Mer. Cromwell says, "about this time the Hoopers left this part of the
country, and there were no more records until 1844 when they cam back
for the settlement of Jacob Coppenbarger's estate which was settled in
the Spring and sometime during the summer or Fall, both moved from
somewhere in Illinois to Newton Co. MO."  In the 1850 Census for Newton
Co. were Thomas King Hooper, Obediah Hooper, William Hooper and James D.
Hooper.  William was in the 1850 Census of Newton Co., with wife
Catherine.  This Census gives his age as 39 years.  They had 3 children:

Eli Hooper (William, Obediah, Thomas, Obediah) b. IL age 13 in 1850
census
Nancy Ann Hooper, B. Mo., age 7
Mare E. Hooper, B. Mo., age 3
