HI, 
A cousin of mine sent me an email saying that you possibly had the will of a William Hooper of Claiborne County TN. If this is so would you mind sharing the information with me. I would be so thankful. This William is believed to be the the father of my Charles Noah Hooper,I am not certain of this, it is just a strong opinion.  but I have never been able to get a hold of the will and wouldlove toknow what it says.
