[Hooper] HOOPERs in The War Between The States

I've added to the website a huge list of HOOPERs that fought in The War 
Between The States, complete with their Regiment information and on 
which side they fought.  If you find your guy there, then you can do a 
google search on the Regiment to find more information, or you could 
contact the National Archives and Records Administration to see if you 
can get copies of the actual records.  Keep in mind, this is not a 
complete list - but is pretty big with 987 HOOPERs listed.
