In probate papers for Thomas Hooper (Obadiah 1) b. abt 1747 died 18  
July 1826,   the following sons are named:  "The State of Illinois,  
Know all men by these presents, that I,  THOMAS K. HOOPER for myself  
and as the lawful Guardian of my brothers, JAMES D. HOOPER, WILLIAM  
HOOPER, and OBADIAH HOOPER of the County of Bond and State of  
aforesaid have nominated, constituted and appointed our very worthy  
and trusty friend, David I. Goodlett of Greenville District in the  
State of South Carolina our true and lawful attorney". Any  
information will sincerely appreciated.
