[Hooper] Needing help getting Obituary

Hi
I would like to submit a Hooper family tree which I don't think you have as  
yet. A couple of years ago my brother had a dna test done and the results were 
 supposed to have been submitted the Hooper dna project. As yet I have not 
seen  it posted and have not seen how or when to submit our family tree. So 
maybe this  is how?
 
So how do I submit it? It is attached anyhow just in case this is  how.
