[Hooper] William Henry Hooper

I am looking for any information regarding William Henry Hooper born on
4/28/1860 specifically his parents names.  What I do know about him is
the following;
Born 4/28/1860 (maybe in Waverly TN where he was married)
Married Thomas Elizabeth Fields on 11/19/1895 in Waverly Tennessee and
they had 10 children from 1897 to 1922 one of which is my grandmother
Bertha Billie Hooper
