TRUSTEE'S SALE OF LAND
By virtue of a Deed of Trust executed by Benj. Hooper dec. to the  
subscriber, for the purpose of securing the payment of certain debts  
therein mentioned, I shall sell to the highest bidder at Public  
Auction, on the 22nd day of September next at Hanover Courthouse,  
that being court day, a certain Tract of Land lying in the county of  
Hanover, seven miles above the courthouse, and was purchased by said  
Hooper of John Donnella, containing 150 acres. This land lies well  
for improvements in soil.  It has on it a dwelling house with four  
rooms below the stairs, other out-houses, and a variety of fruit  
trees.  Such title only as is vested in use as trustee will be conveyed.
