[Hooper] Toliver Hooper - Can someone identify?

I know this is very old and I don't know what you have found for Toliver (Taliaferro) Hooper but you show a Pantentee record for William Carter and Toliver Hooper.
I have found records for Alabama Marriages pre 1835. Taliaferro married Elizabeth Carter in Jefferson County Alabama August 17, 1823. 
Also records or Obediah and Icyphena Burns 9/6/1832
 and James and Elizabeth Lewis 1/1/1835. All Hoopers of course.
