Here is my attempt to catch all of the young (18 and younger) 
participants in the Kid's Day Contest.  There are a few holes
here and there.

Please send any corrections to me.  I would like to clean this up
by tomorrow so Greg can start on the certificates.  QSL means I 
am pretty sure the information is correct.  Sorry for the lack
of space between age and state.
