[kids] Third Party List

Hello all,

The only third-party agreement list I've been able to find
is at the Columbia University ARC site at:

http://www.cc.columbia.edu/~fuat/cuarc/third-party.html

I've included it below.  It says that it's from the 1993-1994
ARRL Net Directory.  Does anybody have a newer list or updates
to this list?

My 10-year-old daughter is fascinated by DXing, so I want to
make sure that any DX contacts she makes are legal.  My 7-year-old
daughter, on the other hand, is fascinated by talking, so the
rest of you may not be able to get a word in edgewise with her ;-)
