[kids] 9 Year Old Extra Will Operate on Kid's Day

Hello,

My name is Rebecca Rich and I am 9 years old.  I was first licensed as a
Technician when I was 7 years old.  I earned my Extra Class license when
I was 8 years old.  I am looking forward to talking to kids my age
during the CQ Kids Day Contest.

I hope that other young people will earn their license with help from
their parents or grandparents.
