[kids] No Kids Day Cover for QST

I might be wrong but didn't a younger generation op operating a major CW
contest 
recently appear on NCJ July cover??   OK so not all the ARRL members get
NCJ like QST - still a good thing.  Let's work on it.

PS:   I seem to have over heard my 14 year old son express interest in CW
and going to WX0B's to operate shortly after the NCJ arrived......
