[kids] Certificates

The Certificates for the January 1 event have been printed (thanks
Greg, K9IG).  They have been stuffed into envelopes along with an
announcement for the next event (June 20th) and will be mailed from
Boring, Oregon in the next couple of days.

There is a high amount of interest in having a kid's day photo for
the cover of QST.  The picture could be there before the January 
event.  For it to be used, it has to be a color photo, of professional
quality.  It should, naturally, show a young person using the radio.
Having the control operator visible should be fine.

It is a great chance for some great PR for the event and also blow
some kid's mind.

If you are interested in doing this, please let me know.  I don't want
several people going to the trouble to create the same thing which
only one will get used.

BTW, there are over 100 certificates being mailed.
