A great time, although propagation was lousy with very high noise levels all
day. 40M was unusable, and 20 wasn't much better until the very end of the
contest. However, Patrick and I had a great time anway.

Patrick was frustrated that no one would answer his CQs for quite some time,
and we were only working stations calling CQ until, at 2227 we had a
mini-pileup working W7WM, W6UE, and W5PDO in a few minutes with several
stations calling at the same time! It was great fun watching Patrick's
excitement as he sorted through the pile up.
